Simply named 'Signals' in the namespace, this static class helps notify objects about certain things going on in the system.

static UnityAction<SaveData> SaveCreated
- For when SaveData (other than GameSaveData) is created.
static UnityAction<GameSaveData, string, string> GameSaveWritten
- For when GameSaveData is written to disk.
static UnityAction<GameSaveData, string, string> GameSaveRead
static UnityAction<SaveSlot, GameSaveData> SaveSlotUpdated
- For when a SaveSlot gets a GameSaveData instance (possibly null) assigned to it
static UnityAction<GameSaveData> GameLoaded
