Adds a service.ports entry for monitoring-endpoint (TCP 8082 → container 8082) to the hybrid sequencer common.yaml overlays for mainnet, sepolia-alpha, and sepolia-integration.

This turns on the monitoring port that is only commented in the shared hybrid layout, aligning these production-like environments with the pattern already used in hybrid testing overlays.
