Description
Fix remaining mixed-decls warnings.
These were mostly fixed by moving @includes to be last in the declarations, some were fixed by removing the bidi mixin in favour of CSS logical properties when the find/replace was an easy one.

This is untested and undocumented since I ran out of time. Probably needs someone else to take it over.
