Description of changes
The Dropdown component was introduced a while back but wasn't full implemented. This temporarily removes the test page until we can add key functionality like keyboarding, clicking, and a11y so bugs aren't opened against it.
Also updates the version of XCode from 15.2 to 16.4 since 15.2 was showing as an "invalid developer directory" and preventing the pipeline from succeeding.
Verification
Opened FURN Tester and verified page was removed.
