Hindi is an LTR language written in Devanagari script. Includes matra (मात्रा) based vowel notation. Translation of en/index.md for /hi/ locale. Since nobody had done the Hindi translation for Hindi-Speaking fellows.
… (हिंदी) language Updated the section on Google's developer verification to clarify the introduction of the 'advanced flow' and its implications for unverified app installations.
Updated Hindi text for clarity and accuracy.
