When generating MaD for Rust filenames end up containing
/s and:s that are problematic (or impossible) to include in paths.With this PR the names of the created files are sanitized. For instance
foo://bar/bazgets turned intofoo-bar-baz.Also makes some tiny tweaks to the documentation.
