Action to Function Mapping file required by Efficio

I created a couple new files that shows how easy it is to incorporate Efficio into a project like FGX.

Now it will work with the Leap without handle disturbing any of the code (save for adding a few script imports and one matting Files ActionToFunctionMapping.js).

Right now it does do much except draw the hands on the screen but it's not a stretch to see how The same Actions could be used to call the update/modify spline and/or manually move the airplane.
