<issue_description>As all values in the Format download have to deal with Text and Paragraph Formatting the "Clear Author Color Option" does not fit in there at all and rather belongs as a subpoint of Pad Settings under "File".

@JohnMcLear If you want to **hide** the authorship colors you do that in settings.

If you want to remove the authorship colors that's a formatting change.
