Clear Author Colors in wrong dropdown

As all values in the Format download have to deal with Text and Paragraph Formatting the "Clear Author Color Option" does not fit in there at all and rather belongs as a subpoint of Pad Settings under "File".

If you want to hide the authorship colors you do that in settings.

If you want to remove the authorship colors that's a formatting change.
