**Kibana privileges section** - Rewrite lead-in to orient users upfront: "Assign either `Read` or `All`..." - Replace flat bullet list with subheadings (`Read`, `All`) for scannability - Reorder applies-switch: 9.4+/serverless first, 9.2–9.3 second - Simplify `All` description — remove circular "base read and write... full access" wording - Clarify sub-features placement: listed under `Read` with explicit "instead of `All`" framing - Move AI connectors requirement outside the version switch — applies to all versions - Standardize privilege name formatting to backticks throughout (was mixed `"Read"` / **Read**) **Roles section** - Convert read-only tip to an inline code callout on the relevant privilege line - Drop redundant "sub-features not available in 9.3" note - Replace nested applies-switch + tip with a single versioned `note` admonition using `applies_to`

Thanks for driving this @machadoum. We should wait until changes are live on serverless to merge this PR. When ready to merge, can just update the branch and set to auto-merge. :)
