Update the README.md file to provide a clear description of the app and its achievements, as well as detail the data sources used. The app is a recommendation engine for alternative grocery products, helping users swap their usual purchases for better alternatives based on eco-friendliness, health, local sourcing, or a balanced mix. The app functions as an e-commerce store interface using the Walmart API for product selection and cart management. On the cart screen, the recommendation engine offers swap suggestions. Data sources integrated include Open Food Facts (an open source food database), Walmart API, and Gemini Flash API. Add that this project was created as part of the Seneca Hackathon 2025 and won the Esri Innovation Award. Remove any run instructions or setup steps.
