Adds rrule and iso8601-duration packages to make the task output show human readable durations and estimates

  • Implement recurrence and duration helpers; update task command
  • deps: adds rrule and iso8601-duration
  • Add test for default weekly recurrence
  • handles recurrenceRaw as object or string
