Add recurrence interval to the task command

The task command will show that a task is recurring, but not the interval. It would be nice to know what the interval is.

No, you shouldn't change rtm-api. PT10M is an ISO8601 duration. The API should return this, the CLI should turn it into something human readable.

This can be done with a few packages, dayjs + some plugins would follow your general techniques
