Upgrades commander from version 2 to version 11!!

  • chore: upgrade commander to ^11.0.0
  • chore: migrate commander option syntax ([value]→)
  • Upgrades to commander 11.1
  • chore: use returned command from parse() and extract opts in start()
  • chore: extract opts from parse() in interactive mode
