What’s new

• Summarizer: pulls breaking changes, new defaults, flags/toggles to flip, plus a runnable migration/rollback checklist.
• Composer: paste or fetch a URL → clean Markdown buckets (Added, Changed, Fixed, Removed, Deprecated, Known issues, Open questions, Highlights) + Export JSON.

Quality-of-life

• Headings treated as strong signals; near-duplicate lines de-duped fuzzily.
• Fetcher has SSRF guards, light rate-limit, and a 10-minute cache; very large pages truncated.
