💡 What: Replaced the sequential for...of loop iterating over atPathCommandParts with Promise.all. This parallelizes the fs.stat checks against the workspace directories. Synchronous fallbacks and validation ordering is perfectly preserved by mapping to structured outcome objects before pushing the final results to arrays in sequential order.
🎯 Why: The original implementation sequentially awaited fs.stat and glob lookups for every @path part. For queries containing multiple @file references across multiple workspace directories, this lead to noticeable sequential I/O blocking delays.
📊 Measured Improvement: Benchmarking 200 dummy files across multiple directories resulted in a decrease from ~23ms to ~6.5ms for the path resolution phase (a ~3.5x speedup).

Consolidates changes from PRs #65, #71, and #93.

- PR #65: reject whitespace-only dir values in memoryDiscovery.ts
- PR #71: use safer as unknown as Readable casts in shellExecutionService.test.ts
- PR #93: parallelize @path file stat resolution with Promise.all in atCommandProcessor.ts
- Preserve deterministic debug-message ordering after parallel @path resolution
- Add typed AtPathResolutionResult outcomes for invalid, ignored, success, and skipped paths
- Rename IgnoreReason to FileIgnoreReason
- Rename ignoredByReason to ignoredPathsByReason

This keeps the performance improvement while preserving deterministic observable behavior.
