Update conda-dubii-3-stat-R.yml

You need to avoid the r channel as much as you can. They should be all of them available in conda-forge.
I add the gcc7 temporay sub channel to get the last version of R available, the 3.5.1

Salut Gildas Merci pour cette révision et pour les infos concernant les canaux. Je viens de réviser le fichier conda - j'ai remplacé r::[r-package] par conda-forge::[r-package] J'ai vérifié, tout ce dont on a besoin existe sur le canal conda-forge d'anaconda Au fait, pourquoi vaut-il mieux utiliser le canal conda-forge que R? Aurais-tu 15' avant 16h30 pour un chat skype ? Tu pourrais me rappeler comment on fait pour lancer l'installation sur le cluster à partir de notre gitlab. Je pourrais alors lancer les installation pour les 6 modules, afin que les formateurs puissent déjà tester le cluster. Merci Jacques

Oui mais j'étais bloqué après la création du dossier, il fallait d'abord qu'on accepte ma merge request pour que je puisse télécharger le fichier. Je voulais aussi savoir si on est limités à une hiérarchie à 1 seul niveau, avec 1 dossier par environnement, ou si on pouvait avoir 1 même dossier pour tout le DU, avec ensuite 1 sous-dossier par module d'enseignement, et ensuite les fichiers 2019.yml. dubii/m1-unix/2019.yml dubii/m2-python/2019.yml dubii/m3-stat-R/2019.yml dubii/m4-production-donnees/2019.yml dubii/m5-outils-bioinfo/2019.yml dubii/m5-bioinfo-integrative/2019.yml Je pense au nombre de formations qu'on pourrait accueillir au bout de quelques années sur le cluster, et je me dis qu'on aurait peut-être intérêt à avoir une structure arborescente un peu plus profonde, pour avoir moins de dossiers à la racine. Je voulais juste accorder les violons avec vous pour ce genre de choses, ensuite j'assumerai les installations et mises à jour pour vous décharger.
