Splits the Development & Extension section to give Agent/MCP tooling
its own dedicated homepage card group. Adds two previously-missing
entries (Agent Tools Overview and Partner MCP) so all three pages in
the "Agent Tools / MCP" sidebar group now have homepage entry points.
- EN/ZH/JA: remove Cloud MCP Server card from Development section
- EN/ZH/JA: add new "AI Agents & MCP" section with 3 cards:
Agent Tools Overview → /development/mcp/index
Cloud MCP Server → /development/cloud/mcp-server
Partner MCP → /development/mcp/partner-mcp

…tion in EN, JA, and ZH locales Revised the descriptions for the AI Agents & MCP cards to better reflect their functionalities: - Updated "Use AI agents to automate ComfyUI workflows" to "Connect AI agents via MCP for image, video, audio, and 3D generation" - Changed "Connect AI agents to ComfyUI Cloud via MCP" to "Hosted MCP at cloud.comfy.org — run workflows on Cloud GPUs" - Modified "Run ComfyUI workflows from any MCP-compatible agent" to "Local MCP with unified generate tools across 30+ partner providers"
