You have attempted this in a different PR but at that time there were too many unrelated formatting changes for me to review it properly. The formatting changes have now been made and are merged into this branch so that shouldn't be an issue again. |

@copilot In the POM there should be a comment by the exclusion that jjwt does not currently support Jackson 3 and this exclusion should be revived once it does
