Most of what's here started as a fix for a real problem on the job: missed tracked changes, inconsistent reference reuse, task allocation that ate hours every shift, invoice scope validation across suppliers, and QA processes that didn't scale past 50+ reviewers — across regulated/clinical content and multiple language pairs (ES-XL, PT-BR, FR-CA).
