The commit https://codeberg.org/ziglang/zig/commit/790d28d6cd9029805af857d56645a6ce191bfe91 removed `refAllDeclsRecursive` in favor of `refAllDecls`. Temporarily depends on the following commits to `lsp-kit` and `known-folders`: * jozip/known-folders@2f6257e * jozip/lsp-kit@2096fa9
