This commit adds CMake support to the project. As there are many differences between CMake and automake, some styles have to be changed. e.g. The options are passed as
-DENABLE_XXXin CMake to enable certain functionality. A potential improvement on project integrity is to use a version file instead of hard code in configs. This way, we can control versions in a single place.
