This PR bumps the version of this extension to v0.3.1

Specfically, this one 🙂 You can keep this around for as long as you like (e.g. you have other planned changes) and hit merge here if you want to have this published soon. Then, the bot will open a PR against the registry (https://github.com/zed-industries/extensions) that we'll review and get out ASAP (if you want to get something out quicker, feel free to ping me)

You can also label this one here with either mayor or minor to change the bump. Normally, the bot will do a patch bump (so x.x.X) will change, if you deem the changes to be bigger, feel free to add one of these labels - it'll take a few seconds for the PR to be updated, but title and content will update.

Lastly, every merged PRs of these will also create a tag for the version (e.g. https://github.com/zed-extensions/elixir/releases/tag/v0.3.0 for your most recent changes) - you should be able to edit these and convert them to a release where you can add release notes and images for your changes if you like!

Note that you do not at all have to do this, e.g. https://github.com/zed-extensions/ruby chooses to do this, but not at all required, you can do however much you want to do here, and if that is nothing for some time, that is also totally fine!), just putting out the possibility here.
