This includes commits already in #141, so that I can install and test it. |
This is now a requirement of the API in dipy.
We are using afqinsight/nn/* instead.
This is to that we can deal with nans in y.
And that it's consistent between the encoder and decoder.
Also, use groupyr 0.3.3
