This fixes a few bugs as well as adds in GPU statistics from Princeton Job Stats. The fixed bugs are:

Memory usage should be measured via MaxRSS.
MaxRSS and ReqMem need to be strings before they can be parsed and converted.
Adds handling for UNLIMITED time limits.

The GPU statistics piece depends on Job Stats per the README. If Job Stats are not found it will continue as normal.
