docs: add .wraith names lifecycle guide

Summary

• add a .wraith names lifecycle guide covering chain-local semantics, naming rules, and lifecycle operations
• document EVM, Stellar, Solana, and CKB implementation differences from the public contract/SDK sources
• add the guide to the Mintlify navigation

• confirmed referenced SDK exports and contract functions exist in wraith-protocol/sdk and wraith-protocol/contracts
