Renovate-generated dependency bump for Meziantou.Analyzer from 3.0.87 to 3.0.89 in the package nuspec. The new version adds MA0201 and opt-in MA0134 behavior; however, the repo's generated Analyzer.Meziantou.Analyzer.editorconfig was not regenerated and does not include an entry for MA0201. Since Build.ps1 runs the configuration generator and fails if files are out of date, CI is expected to surface this.

I ran the ConfigurationFilesGenerator tool to regenerate the file — the new entry is included in commit fix: regenerate Meziantou.Analyzer editorconfig to add MA0201 rule from v3.0.89.
