Updates submodules. Adds output including html file adapted from Aurora. Modifies build file to include a new project and adding 0.3.1-SNAPSHOT declaration such that the project can use this snapshot - somehow the snapshot declaration was removed somewhere along the way but I think I need it now so I'm adding it back.
Also adds ExampleSimulation similar to Aurora simulator

Adds an sbt project of examples.
The examples project includes an
ExampleSimulationclass to make running multiple simulations easier, and anExamplesfile which contains the main class.Includes updated build file and dependencies (had to introduce version 0.3.1-SNAPSHOT so that I could reference the newest version in the examples project after publishLocal) and modified html file in the output folder.
