Started Qt unit test failure after PR#9660 was merged.
The Qt unit test includes
openssl/obj_mac.hto obtain theSN_xxxdefinitions.To avoid definition conflicts, other parts of
asn.hare guarded byWOLFSSL_OBJ_MAC_H_so that onlySN_xxxis picked up.Testing
