The developer debug panel needs to be updated. It previously would show a link or a tab for plugins, but we have, first of all, renamed the plugin architecture to packages. We moved the packages that are installed out of the plugins folder and into the vendors folder. The debug panel currently has no display or capability to show the installed packages. We need to update that so people can look at the installed packages and then get to the debug screens that would be made available through the installed packages for setup or anything else that the package provides.
