First public publication of Solution Intelligence.

The left bookend is complete: the design corpus that an SI engagement begins with, validated by its own SIG before any code is written. This is the canonical example of the Foundation Seed pattern.

What's in this release

  • The design corpus — STORY (40 KB methodology-as-story), REQUIREMENTS (111 reqs), MODEL (44 KB; three-tier schema), OVERVIEW (structured reference), USE-CASES (18 happy + alternative flows), FEATURES (16 features), PIPELINE (architecture).
  • The bookend SIG at sig/ — PolyGraph-backed, ingests the seven design documents, surfaces hidden defects before code.
  • The build SIG at sig-build/ — SI's three-tier schema applied to SI itself as a software solution. Encodes the 9-wave topological build order for v0.1.
  • Stage 1 specs + Stage 1a output references — three sibling repos already published:
