Update file-based MCP server docs

Summary

Restructure the file-based MCP docs on agent-platform/capabilities/mcp so the section is easier to scan and accurately reflects current behavior. The single dense section is split into focused subsections with tables where possible.

Motivated by feedback here from an enterprise user at Alto.

What changed

• Intro - Calls out the two main benefits of file-based MCP servers: configurable directly with Warp's agent via the bundled /agent-add-mcp skill, and inheritable across providers and cloned repos.
• Supported providers - Replaces the long bullet list with a table covering Warp, Claude Code, Codex, and other agents, including global/project-scoped paths and auto-spawn behavior.
• Auto-spawn behavior - Documents the Settings > Agents > MCP servers > Auto-spawn toggle and explains how project-scoped servers are detected but never auto-spawned.
• Using /agent-add-mcp - Adds a dedicated subsection with the new demo video showing how to use the bundled skill to create or update Warp-managed .warp/.mcp.json files.
• Security mitigations - Documents the two main protections: MCP config edits require explicit user approval, and project-scoped servers from cloned repos never auto-spawn.
• Settings reference - Aligns the file_based_mcp_enabled copy in the settings reference and settings schema.

Assets

• Adds public/assets/agent-platform/file-based-mcp-demo.mp4 and a matching .poster.jpg for the local DemoVideo component.
• Adds public/assets/agent-platform/file-based-mcp-setting.png for the Auto-spawn toggle screenshot.
• Removes the now-unused public/assets/agent-platform/file-based-mcp-toggle.gif.

Validation

• npm run build (passes; existing PromQL highlighter warnings on monitoring.mdx are unrelated)
• python3 .warp/skills/style_lint/style_lint.py --changed
