devarch-framework is a git repository archaeology framework that mines commit history, detects development signals, runs 6 analysis vectors, and generates engineering narrative reports.

It fits in Code Analysis because it statically analyzes repository history — commit patterns, velocity shifts, SDLC gaps, ML adoption signals — and produces structured reports from a local SQLite database. No external services required.

Added alphabetically between code2flow and prospector.
