Added the 'publisher' field to the BookIn and BookOut Pydantic models and updated repository functions to handle this field. Updated test cases to include the 'publisher' field in test data. All changes ensure compliance with the not-null constraint on the 'publisher' column in the database, leading to all tests passing successfully.
