Hello,

I have created the Romanian localization file (app_ro.arb) for the Chrono app. I have ensured that all terms related to the clock, alarms, timer, and stopwatch are translated accurately and fit the modern interface of the application.

I have also paid special attention to:

Correct grammar and diacritics (ș, ț, ă, î, â).

Proper spacing and formatting for dynamic strings.

Consistency in technical terms (e.g., "Temporizator" for Timer, "Cronometru" for Stopwatch).

Please let me know if any further adjustments are needed. I'm happy to help maintain the Romanian version of the app.

Best regards, [Nicolae Fericitu].
