This test has been failing inconsistently on CI and locally. This is causing other builds on CI to fail that are not using this feature. We're trading off test coverage for continuing to have green CI where possible.

feature, such as #60, #58, #55, #54 and I'm sure other builds too.
We're trading off test coverage for continuing to have green CI where
possible.
