- Add proper shared state in the actix handler, since the factory method for app_data is called on every worker! - Fixes #5 by failing if the time of last update is >2 minutes ago
- This makes more sense, since - f.e. - the status file is also queried from within this module.

Full implementation of the dfcache in Rust.
This was mainly a learning exercise to get somewhat comfortable in the language. For this reason, the code might not follow standards everywhere. If anyone does have feedback, please create a PR or an Issue - thanks!
Additionally, it lays the groundwork for computing statistics based on the datafeed in order to reduce required VATSIM-Api calls.
