Updated JAAR Plugin - Added New Feature, Bug Fixes and performance improvement

1. Added New Columns in table - KB/Sec & Avg Bytes
2. Fixed Delimiter issues w.r.t. to JTL
3. Added New Filter Settings for transaction Search to include or exclude the transactions
4. Added new logic for save table data, now saved report has passed/failed columns, if SLA threshold is provided
5. Added Reload button to refresh provider list
6. Moved some business logic from AI to Java Code to improve accuracy

P.S. The title became vague because I was trying to create a PR from the main branch on GitHub. It didn't give me the option to provide a title or description. Next time, i will try the traditional way

The title of your PR should reflect shortly what it is - which plugin and what is done. For example "JAAR - v4.5.0" -s good. At least. Also description with one sentence of what is going on - would be nice.
