Updated screenshots in Date and Date Time article

Updated screenshots in the Date and Date Time article. The Date article has been removed in v17, so it's valid only for v16. Also, the date article seemed pretty outdated, so I updated the code samples to match the other property editors.

The redirect was added in the original PR for v17. I mentioned it here since the update is only valid for the v16 article.
