Stripe Integration

Hi Tim,

Added the code to connect to stripe. The integration with the form is still pending. The code is also not tested, as my nrepl was acting up (it can't find java all of a sudden !!).

Will keep you updated.

I have been swamped during last 2 weeks. Did you have a chance to look at
the CSS issues ? any updates from your side ?

Hey Murtaza,

Yes, I had a chance to play around with the tabs and layout. Bootstrap's
vertical tabs isn't working, so I figure I'll try jQuery's vertical tabs.
And barring that, just roll my own. I've been pretty busy myself. I'll let
you know how it pans out when I get a chance to code it all in.
