Use a published AWS SDK BOM version
This points dependency management at software.amazon.awssdk:bom:2.44.4, but the Central listing for software.amazon.awssdk:bom currently stops at 2.44.3 in the 2.44.x series, and a clean Maven resolution fails because the imported BOM is absent. In any environment without this nonexistent artifact cached, Maven cannot even read the parent POM, so builds and dependency resolution are blocked until this is reverted to a published version or updated after 2.44.4 is actually available.
