Adds Trust Wallet asset metadata and icon for zkTanenbaum Testnet, the Syscoin zkSYS edge testnet.

Context:
zkTanenbaum is a Syscoin zkSYS edge testnet running ZKsync OS v31. It exposes standard EVM-compatible JSON-RPC for wallets and tooling, uses Syscoin data availability, and proves the state transition through the Airbender RISC-V proving stack.
