I don't know if #2 worked when it was merged, I noticed that the cross ref was not actually recognized as a heading,
because it was added only in the json and not in the parsing code, it is now fixed.
Also it was merged but not actually published on the vscode marketplace.
So there, I bumped the version and prepared it for a release.
