Switch typer-slim to typer in optional dependencies

Hi 👋 Typer maintainer here.

Just as a heads-up, from v0.22.0 onwards, typer-slim is really just a wrapper around typer. In the future, it's better to just depend on typer itself.

In practice, what this means is that rich will now be installed whenever typer (or typer-slim) is installed. You can still toggle rich_markup_mode to None when creating a Typer() app, or you can even set a new environment variable TYPER_USE_RICH to False to disable Rich entirely everywhere and always.
