Fix Docker permissions and simplify DeepState build environment

Summary

This PR improves the Docker setup for the DeepState fuzzing environment by fixing permission issues and simplifying the build configuration.

Changes

• Removed sudoers configuration that caused permission failures
• Fixed container user permissions for proper non-root execution
• Deleted problematic sudoers.txt file
• Simplified Docker build process for better reproducibility
