This repository contains the code to analyze the maturity of the open data ecosystem in Spain through a reproducible pipeline in Python. The project evaluates open data portals at the dataset level using metrics of interoperability, accessibility, quality, traceability, and licensing, with the goal of building a comparative maturity index.
