feat: add web explorer lsp and editor telemetry

Summary

• add shared graph service, local axon-web browser explorer, and stdio LSP server
• add VS Code persistent watch integration and JSON watch events
• harden Ruby/Swift parser coverage and add local aggregate token-savings telemetry
• update README and docs for web, LSP, VS Code, watch mode, telemetry, and roadmap status

Validation

• uv run pytest: 624 passed, 5 skipped, 2 xpassed
• uv run ruff check touched Python files/tests: passed

Thanks for the proposal. I reviewed this during the v2.3.4 release triage and did not include it in that release.

The release was deliberately limited to local-first MCP and CLI review reliability, context efficiency, parser correctness and documentation accuracy. This PR adds editor and web explorer scope, plus telemetry. That is outside the boundary for v2.3.4 and needs a separate product decision before it should be considered for merge.
