Adds a deterministic shell-based unit test for scripts/run_vulkan.sh and wires it into CTest. The test covers release/ path selection, arch-specific binary preference/fallback, copied-script fallback behavior, and LD_LIBRARY_PATH SDL prepend handling to prevent launcher regressions.
