Updates Rancher (RKE) installation docs to replace a broken “Cluster Config File” reference link with an updated Rancher RKE docs URL, across the unversioned docs and the 3.29–3.31 versioned docs.
Changes:
- Replaced the broken Rancher Manager “RKE1 cluster configuration” link with a new
rke.docs.rancher.comlink in the RKE prerequisites section. - Applied the same fix consistently across multiple supported doc versions (3.29, 3.30, 3.31) and the current (unversioned) docs.
