Summary

  • remove duplicate Go workflow and keep client.yml
  • deflake ethutil rate limiter RPS test with wider deviation allowance
  • add lint-friendly comments to promise generator templates and regenerate
  • run go generate ./.../gen before golint in lint job

Testing

  • go generate ./.../gen
  • ~/go/bin/golint ./...
  • go test ./...
